• PayHOA hosts our association records, generates invoices, and provides an online payment portal. Association payments may be made by eCheck (ACH) or Credit Card. If you choose to pay by credit card, there is an extra processing fee.

Resale Packets:

Only property owners may obtain resale packets. Contact information for the buyer(s) must be provided to obtain a resale packet request (e.g. name, email, mobile number). Submit requests for resale packets via the PayHOA Portal.

1. Login to PayHOA with your username/password.
2. Click Requests.
3. Select “Resale Packet”
4. Click “New Submission”
