To identify current Chestnut Grove property owners, follow these steps:

1. Open this link: http://sdat.dat.maryland.gov/RealProperty/Pages/default.aspx
2. Select “Charles County” and “Map/Parcel” then click Continue
3. Enter Map “0055“, Parcel “0082“, and Town Code “000” then click Next
4. You should then see a listing of all 85 lots and their owners.

To identify recent property sale records at Chestnut Grove, follow these steps:

1. Open this link: http://sdat.dat.maryland.gov/RealProperty/Pages/default.aspx
2. Select “Charles County” and “Property Sales” then click Continue
3. Select the date range you wish, and choose “Residential“
4. Check boxes for both Improved and Vacant properties
5. Enter Subdivision “1139“
6. Ensure all conveyance types are checked.
7. Click Next
