Located in Charles County, Chestnut Grove is a community of 193 acres, with only 39 residential lots. The neighborhood is located on Bel Alton Newtown Road, just 4 miles from downtown La Plata.
Chestnut Grove Association, Inc. is the homeowners association (HOA) for our neighborhood. The HOA is managed by a volunteer board of directors.
